New Opportunities for Ministry:
Assessment Centers Open New Doors

NewStart Assessment Centers are always a time of discovery and self-awareness, that benefit both those being assessed and the assessors as well. The candidates demonstrate their knowledge and leadership skills in a variety of personal and team exercises. These unique times of discovery and introspection often lead to greater awareness of their gifts. Many candidates find an opportunity for ministry and some new direction regarding their future assignments.

Recent NewStart Assessment Centers have been near capacity enrollments. The teams of assessors included sponsor pastors, women clergy, district board members and NewStart pastors from each district. To date, nearly 200 assessors serve as regional resource teams for making each of the assessments a meaningful ministry experience for future new church leaders.

Additional NewStart Assessments have been planned across the USA in the coming months. Any district across the USA and Canada is eligible to host a NewStart Assessment as a part of their ongoing strategy for new churches.
