Come to the Water Conference:
For Women Clergy

The eighth international Come to the Water Conference for Women Clergy is scheduled for April 10-13, 2008 at the Nashville Airport Marriott. Experience the refreshment and renewal with women clergy from around the world, as together, they explore the holy invitation to minister to God’s people.

Sponsored by Wesleyan/ Holiness Women Clergy (WHWC), Come to the Water is an experience designed to strengthen and encourage women—those called to any form of ministry as well as those preparing for vocational ministry—and to help equip and prepare them with skills to be excellent in their service.

“Sit at Jesus Feet” is the theme of the Come to the Water Conference in Nashville. Attendees will hear some of the best and brightest women clergy including, Dr. MaryKate Morse, Commissioner Nancy Moretz, Rev. Dr. Linda Adams, and Rev. Susie Shellenberger. A time for denominational meetings is built into the schedule. Exhibits will offer resources for women who desire to enrich their ministry. Early bird registration is $275. After March 10 the cost is $350. Spouse registration is $150. To register for Come to the Water 2008, go to www.cometothewater.org.

With exciting worship, inspirational preaching, educational workshops and incredible chances to connect through networking and prayer support, Come to the Water provides an environment where women clergy help each other discover once again the reviving power of the Living Water and come away rejuvenated in pursuit of God’s call.
